Every Nov 3 proposition, in BRB's own data
The Texas Bond Review Board lists each proposition on the Nov 3, 2026 ballot: issuer, proposition, amount, purpose as written and, once posted, the result. A blank result means not posted yet, not failed.

How a result becomes official
Counties and districts canvass between Nov 6 and Nov 17, 2026; results are official after the canvass (Tex. Elec. Code §67.003).
The Texas Bond Review Board then lists each proposition's result in its public dataset. It doesn't say when results will arrive, and its rows change irregularly. When we last checked (Nov 7, 2026), it had last changed on Nov 6, 2026.
Election-night counts are unofficial. We read them for Harris, Tarrant, Bexar and Comal counties only, and use them only to remove a proposition that lost in the county's unofficial count, never to say one passed. Dallas County's results site returns an error to our scripts, so a bond elsewhere can stay listed after losing on election night, marked “no official result yet”.
What a bond on bondpassed can say:
- Official result “Carried (per the Texas Bond Review Board)”, or carried per the county's official results. In the list of bonds voters approved: “Approved by voters, per the Texas Bond Review Board”.
- No official result yet Everything else, including a proposition BRB lists as Pending.
Which design firm each district used last
Each approved school bond in a region's list names the design firm on the district's recent TABS registrations, where we have read that history, with every record number and the period read. For the rest it shows no firm. Cities and counties have no history read yet.
TABS “Design Firm” can be an engineer, a landscape architect or a design-builder. We say “registered with TBAE to offer architecture” only when TBAE's own search ticks Architect.
Texas law has the design professional file plans with TDLR within 20 working days of issuing them, and before a permit or construction (Tex. Gov't Code §469.102), so by the time a project is on TABS it usually names a design firm. That is why the weekly list shows both: the bonds, and the building projects public owners register with TDLR.
What a bond result doesn't tell you
- No selection date or schedule. None of the records we read gives one.
- No project list beyond the purpose BRB lists.
- No construction budget. We show the amount on the ballot exactly as BRB lists it.
- No vote counts. We don't print them; here is why.
Texas law has the owner select an architect “on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications” first, then negotiate “a fair and reasonable price” (Tex. Gov't Code §2254.004). Check each RFQ for its rules.
Questions
Did my district's Nov 3 bond pass?
Only an official result can say. We mark a proposition carried when the Texas Bond Review Board lists it as Carried or the county posts its official canvass; until then it reads "no official result yet". Counties and districts canvass between Nov 6 and Nov 17, 2026; results are official after the canvass.
Which Texas bonds did voters approve since Nov 4, 2025?
The Texas Bond Review Board lists 99 school-district, city and county building bonds as Carried from elections since Nov 4, 2025: 60 from the May 2, 2026 election and 39 from Nov 4, 2025. Enter your ZIP to see the ones within 75 miles, with each proposition's amount and purpose as BRB writes it.
Why is a bond that lost on election night still listed?
Election-night counts are unofficial. We read them for Harris, Tarrant, Bexar and Comal counties only, and use them only to remove propositions that lost there; a bond whose building propositions all lost is removed. Elsewhere a bond stays listed, marked "no official result yet", until its official result posts.
When will the Bond Review Board post the Nov 3 results?
It doesn't say. Its dataset's metadata says it updates "Daily", but its rows change irregularly. We read it for every weekly run and show the date we last checked.
Which design firm did my district use last?
Where we have read a district's TABS history, its bond names the design firm on its recent TABS registrations, with each record number and the period read. TABS "Design Firm" can be an engineer, a landscape architect or a design-builder, so we say "registered with TBAE to offer architecture" only when TBAE's own search ticks Architect.
Does a passed bond mean the district is choosing an architect now?
Not by itself. A bond result gives no selection date or schedule. Texas law has the owner select an architect "on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications" first, then negotiate "a fair and reasonable price" (Tex. Gov't Code §2254.004). Check each RFQ for its rules.
