ConstructConnect and Dodge alternative for Texas public work
We cover less: Texas public owners only, and no plans or bid documents. If you need those, keep ConstructConnect or Dodge.
The short answer
Keep ConstructConnect or Dodge if you need
- Plans, specifications and addenda, or bid dates
- General contractor, subcontractor or supplier contacts
- Work outside Texas
- Projects from the planning stage, before an owner registers them with the state
bondpassed fits if you want
- The public building projects registered with the State of Texas within 75 miles of your office, every Monday
- The design firm as filed on each, and whether TBAE lists it as registered to offer architecture
- The school, city and county bonds behind the next round, never called "passed" before an official result
- A link from every line to the state record
Our founding price is the same as one ConstructConnect Professional market seat ($199/mo, annual contract). We cover less: Texas public owners only. Each project links to its state record, and we show the owner's past design firms (where we've read its history) and the bond status.
At list price ($399/mo per region) we cost more than one ConstructConnect Professional market seat per month, and more than SelectHub's starting figure for one Dodge user.

- The design firm as filed, with "registered with TBAE to offer architecture (BR-x)" when the TBAE roster and its search confirm it.

Questions
How does bondpassed's price compare with ConstructConnect and Dodge?
At list price ($399/mo per region) we cost more than one ConstructConnect Professional market seat per month, and more than SelectHub's starting figure for one Dodge user. Our founding price is the same as one ConstructConnect Professional market seat ($199/mo, annual contract). Dodge publishes no standard price list, so we can't compare with a price from Dodge itself. We also cover less than either: Texas public owners only.
How much does ConstructConnect cost?
ConstructConnect's pricing page lists Project Intelligence Starter at $129/mo per market, per seat with no annual commitment, Professional starting at $199/mo per market, per seat with an annual contract, and Premium starting at $10,000/yr (read Nov 7, 2026).
How much does Dodge Construction Network cost?
Dodge does not publish a standard price list; it says pricing is customized based on the scope of data access, geographic coverage and number of users. SelectHub, a third-party review site, lists Dodge from $300/mo per user (read Nov 7, 2026). That is SelectHub's figure, not Dodge's.
Doesn't ConstructConnect show architects too?
Yes. Its project pages say you can "Follow GCs, architects, and owners." bondpassed is narrower: for Texas public owners, it shows the design firm as filed on each state registration, whether TBAE lists that firm as registered to offer architecture, the design firms on an owner's earlier state registrations where we've read its history, and the bonds on the ballot.
Does bondpassed have plans, specs or bid dates?
No. We don't carry plans, specifications, addenda, bid dates or contractor contacts. If you need those, keep ConstructConnect or Dodge.
Can I cancel anytime?
With bondpassed, yes: after the 14-day free trial it's monthly, and you cancel under Billing. ConstructConnect's pricing FAQ says subscriptions run for the full term, with no refund for cancelling mid-term and no pausing; Starter is month-to-month.
